The documents
Terms of Service
The main agreement. What you may build on the service, what we commit to, plans and fees, how either of us can end it, and the limits on our liability. It incorporates the other three.
Privacy Policy
What we collect and, more to the point, what we deliberately do not. The embed sets no cookies and usage records identify an account rather than a person. Includes the retention table.
Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not do. Includes our position on skin gambling, which is that we serve that sector deliberately, and the conditions attached.
Service Level Agreement
The 99.5% uptime commitment, an honest description of the single self-hosted origin behind it, what does not count as downtime, and the credit schedule.
